I recently bought a fridge here because we wanted to support Eric and stay local. I had excellent service, they delivered the new one, took away the old one and even had to take off the doors to the basement. All was done very professionally and quickly without a scratch on the walls. I definitely recommend this Hometown Sears store.
We unexpectedly had to buy a new dishwasher this weekend. We worked with Al who was extremely helpful and friendly. We got a bettter deal than we expected and while we didn't want to have to buy a new dishwasher, Al made the experience fast and easy and we feel like we got a fantastic deal!
