Call ahead when picking up online orders. Website said they were open until 7:00 p.m., but they were closed when I arrived @ 6:00 p.m. The next day, I was able to pick up my order, and the manager was very apologetic and kind!

I have done business with our Hutchinson Sears Store for years. I have a lot of Sears Craftsman tools. When ever I brake one, they cheerfully and quickly find a new replacement for me. If there is not one in stock, they have one sent to my mail box.
