Terrible customer service. ordered a washer and had it delivered and installed. installer didn't bother leveling or checking before he left. ran my first load and was off balance. had to wait over a week for them to come back. when installer came back did nothing but complain that it was our fault that it wasn't balanced and that he leveled it to the dryer and didn't bother using a level because "it was hot and I was just going through the motions" made my wife extremely uncomfortable to be here with him. management didnt re... read more
Overhaul the online shopping and bring customer service back from India to the United States. Would never do business again with Sears after soooooo many years...
The staff at the Sears Hometown store were so helpful! They really cared about getting me the best products to fit my needs, and at the best price. I cannot recommend this store enough!
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. We will always go here first for any household appliance. Sears Hometown Stores are alive and well, and are not a part of the store closures we have been hearing on the news! So...check them out.
Last month, my family was in need of a new washer & dryer. We shopped around, checking the prices at the big box stores out of town. We eventually went to Sears in GV and found that they had what we were looking for at lower sales prices. We made our purchase there and requested a delivery, and we are so glad we did! Awesome customer service! Had a scheduled delivery for a new refrigerator and the delivery person was sick. Instead of moving my delivery to a much later date the owner came and got it done. No more food going bad!! Yay. Thank you very much!
