I have a tractor under an extended warranty. I've been trying to get it repaired for over 7 weeks. Dozens of calls and Sears no longer has anyone in Arkansas to send to repair the mower. It's a broken spindle, a $35 part. Their solution was to claim it unrepairable and offer $1500 towards the price of a new tractor. 7 weeks, dozens of calls and I just now got another, I'll forward it to expedite your problem. Tonight the guys at this Sears Hometown Store went above and beyond to help me get a much needed washer and dryer. They were extremely friendly and helpful! They didn't try to push me into buying something I didn't want or couldn't afford. The new owner JR really went out of his way to help me. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. Store is very clean and roomy. Fantastic sales! I saved a lot of money! Service is also great! I had been looking for a white dishwasher and I found one there. Installation was great. I definitely recommend this store!
