We had quite a deal with Dan and Toni at Sears Hometown Store. We bought a washer and dryer from them and after my wife used it for a while she hated them. We went to the store and told them and that we wanted to get a different one. They said that it fine with them, so they ordered another one for us. My wife hated that one so we went back to the store and told Dan and he asked us what would we like to do. Do you want a refund or order another one.
