Great costumer service! I went here after a terrible costumer service experience at Home Depot. Turns out they have no interest in actually matching prices like they advertise. Anyway, Dan and his wife were very helpful in my search for a washer and dryer. They were very fair on the price and even let me buy the floor model since I needed it right away. I’ll be coming back for future purchases. Home Depot lost a few thousand dollars in business from me.
This morning we awoke to our fridge going out and everything defrosting. Thank to Danny Jackson at Sears we were able to save our food. Got quick, dependable, and curious service. Thank you so much Danny Jackson for the help. Best business man in town.
I really appreciated the service I received from Danny. I was having a problem with my Craftsman lawn tractor and needed help. I had purchased the tractor at his store over ten years ago. Danny personally made the trip to my house, at least 20 minutes from his store, and fixed the tractor. I expected to pay for the service but Danny refused to let me.
