Salesman Chris, helped us pick out a new fridge and stove...We were in desperate need of a fridge as the compressor when out on the old one...and they took care of us, had one delivered the next day...They ordered the matching stove for us as they didn't have any in stock...Seth, who along with another delivered the fridge... they had a heck of a time getting it in as the doorways were just a bit small, but they did what they had to ( ie. remove doors) to get in in...Set, along with another also delivered the stove today, no... read more
We bought a Kenmore washer and dryer set in feb/ March. Amazing service and great sales going on with mail in rebate filled everything out for rebate and it got rejected so called hometown and they looked into it! They tried and tried to get it approved through kenmore. I finally was giving up and decided to call again one more time to check... and Today they went way above and beyond to make it right! This hometown store is a great place to shop. So many models to choose from. We have bought a riding lawn mower and a deep freezer. We have never had any problem with our Sears appliances. The staff is very knowledgeable and nice.
Seth in the store was amazing and offered great customer service today. He was courteous and resolved the issues I was having with the company.
Great staff with great customer service knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to explain any thing I may have had questions about. I like that we have a locally owed store like this. They value Quality over Quantity. They treat you more as than just a sale or number. I plan on doing more of my business through here.
