Awesome prices and stood behind there products.....
Bought a riding lawn mower, paid for delivery. Got a phone call June 1, 17 saying they were delivering it June 2nd. No show! went to chat online they said it will be delivered June 3rd. No show! It is now June 8th talked to everyone at Sears, we do not have a new delivery date, they are treating us as if we never had one. It's being held up by Kalispell, MT warehouse.
The staff at this store really know the product and are super friendly, Jill, the owner, is awesome!
My boyfriend and I were bummed the Missoula Sears closed down but seen Kalispell had an outlet, super excitedly we rushed to Kalispell before they closed to spend idk between $300-$500 on tools. We had 12 minutes to spare before they closed and walked in really happy we made it. Not even a minute later, maybe 10 seconds into looking at the tools the guy working almost runs up to us asking "what he put down his shirt" we had no idea what he was talking about and he said "I saw you put something down your shirt, what was it?" ... read more
I have never been treated so rudely. I went in today to purchase a washer/dryer set. I was shown a set far above my price range. I said it was above my price range and received an eye roll and noticeable sigh by the salesman. He then showed me a set that was much more affordable. I asked about delivery and after being told the very limited delivery hours, I was told that "maybe it just wasn't going to work out for me." Needless to say, I left without purchasing anything.
