Will never shop local at this store again, and will tell others why they shouldn't either. Was told if I wanted the online price I would have to order online to get it. RecommendedThank you, Jill, for helping me find the right refrigerator for my cabin. It's perfect and I really like it. Thank you, too, for your patience with my shopping indecision. I look forward to working with you to get the rest of the appliances for my kitchen. The young men who delivered the refrigerator were courteous, very careful and conscientious. I greatly appreciated their work setting up the new refrigerator and removing the old.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mark (who claims to be the manager) was completely unprofessional and unapologetic when our fridge was not delivered as promised. In fact he made no effort to resolve the problem and hung up on me more than once. Incompetent employees who don't care about their customers. It's no wonder they're going out of business. Save yourself some time and money and shop at Fred's Appliance instead. Joe will hook you up with a great deal and a smile.

I have worked with them on and off over the years and always had a good experience, but today calling around for freezers I had the BEST experience! I had called 9 different places and Jill was the only that answered my questions directly and was forthright on how they were managing supply chain issues with knowledge and professionalism. We purchased an upright freezer and had it delivered. The delivery men were courteous and kind. They were extremely cautious bringing the freezer into the house. We are happy with our experience!
We were in the hunt for a new dishwasher. After visiting Sears, Lowes, Home Depot, and Fred's Appliance we chose SEARS. Their customer service, knowledge and pricing was excellent! Thank you to Bob, Larry and Jill for making our purchase easy and pleasant. We will definitely return.
