Great customer service! Love this store I highly recommend it
WAY over priced! We went in paid for a regular washer and dryer (over 1,600) went to Lowe's in baytown for a deep freezer and found the NEWEST model same brand, same style, same every thing just updated and a little larger (glass doors touch screen all the bells and whistles on bother washer AND dryer ect.) for 1,100!!! This store is a rip off, just drive to Lowe's or home depot and get the same thing or (in our case even better) for hundreds cheaper!

This location is locally owned and operated now and the environment has changed drastically! Stop in for great deals and great service!
Worst Sears location in texas. Employees are rude management sucks. There is one employee that follows customers around the whole.store if she feels they might still which is every guy customers
