My experiences have all been great. I highly recommend this locally owned store. I have bought appliances, lawn mowers, blowers and tools.
Found a refrigerator this store carried and received a price on it. Left store went online to Sears and found the same one $300 cheaper. This location would not honor the Sears online price at all. it was so worth the drive out of town and make my purchase to save $300 plus on my purchase.
The absolute worse Sears Hometown Store. Their customer service skills are terrible and their “ in house” warranty is a joke. Not to mention they don’t refund your money but force you to use an “in store” credit. Definitely reporting to the BBB.
One of the best stores i have been to in years, the saleperson was awesome. Would recommend shopping there.
