The employees have no idea what they are talking about. Bought a craftsman lawn mower in 2011...needed to replace the drive belt this week. Went down there, was sold a "universal belt" that shredded instantly. Was totally the wrong one. Went back down to get the right one, they wouldn't compensate for the wrong one they sold me because i didn't have my receipt.
