we've bought several items there over the years, and have always appreciated the local 'touch'.
Purchased our washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator from Sears Berlin. Customer service was very rude when we called regarding our broken dishwasher after our service appointment was canceled due to medical issues with the technician. Called again later to see how much we paid and if it was worth fixing or buying a new one. Again, the customer service was awful. Not able to find the price we paid (not a big deal) but didn’t help when asked the cost of dishwashers. Was told…they can be $350 and up. Didn’t ask what ... read more
Purchase & Delivery of appliances.
Very rude over the phone when I called about mower blades. I didn't want to drive 45 minutes so I called ahead to be sure they would have them. The young woman that answered was very rude told me she didn't "have time to look it up she had customers in the store" . The tone in her voice was very rude. Maybe they are to busy for my business.
Very satisfied! Purchased a new washer. Price was good and delivery was awesome! They arrived when they said they would. Delivery people set up the washer and hung around to be sure it was working properly with no leaks. Great work! Highly recommend!
Very disappointed in the sales performance this evening.. If you can't be helpful and enjoy your job find a new one.. Miss the previous owners and staff..they were alway very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy there customer... So in this case gonna drive 45 min away to a different store. This is not the first disappointment at this location.. But will be the last for us.
