Staff are friendly and knowledgeable about their product and services. Always a pleasure to do business with them.
The company in general are the worst people to deal with. Long story short don't ever get anything from Sears company because it will come with a lot of drama and their service people that come out and fix there are merchandise are as rude as hell in the call center don't know what the hell they're doing. The worst by far.
Went into the Sears in Bastrop today looking to buy a washer and dryer a zero turn lawn mower and chainsaw the older lady that was working didn't seem like she was too interested that we were there or even to help us so therefore we will spend our money elsewhere
I won't bore you with the details but I will assure you that Sears in Bastrop will stand firmly behind what they sell. I firmly recommend them.
Best place to get all your appliances and tools plus everything else you need!! Fantastic people to deal with.
