Went in to get a washing machine since mine was not repairable. Spent less than 15 minutes in the store thanks to the wonderful staff. Excellent and prompt service. Polite, courteous, and professional staff made this purchase a pleasure. Grateful that I did not have to go to Austin to resolve my issue! Thank you!

Been to the store a couple of times for different reasons, and every time I leave with a smile on my face. Customer service at my local Sears is amazing, especially when Roxanna and Amber are in the store; they always go above and beyond trying to help and answer my questions!

The employees are fantastic! Roxanna always answers any questions you have and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll make sure to find it. Amber's sense of humor when helping you find an appliance is surely amusing and made me laugh a couple times. Also, Cliff was amazing when I needed to get my new fridge moved!! I love the hometown store so much, they truly make me feel at home and welcomed when I walk in. Recently I needed to purchase a new dishwasher. We tried to buy one online through Sears website and that was a mistake. When I went to Bastrop Sears Hometown store I got the assistance that I needed. Amber and Roxanne were great! They helped me compare different brands and models and loaded the dishwasher in my truck for me. Great service! Thank you!
