I bought a new washer and dryer from here, I'm having issues with the dryer. Within minutes of them getting told about my issue, they immediately called and messaged me. I'm very impressed with their immediate response. I have a appointment for a service tech to come out. Angie is dedicated to having happy customers and I will continue to shop with them.

I would highly recommend the Sears Hometown Store in Aurora MO! They go ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure their customers get the most bang for their buck! We just bought our appliances there and we will definitely go back when in need of anything from Sears! They are locally owned and are the most pleasant folks to deal with! The owner stayed way past their closing time in order to make sure we were well taken care of!
