I have been a loyal customer for years until today. One phone conversation has guaranteed that I will never shop there again. So sad. Never had these issues with Justin or Jamie. My past purchases include a new mower, two water heaters, leaf blower, two tool boxes, and assorted tools. I guess I’ll buy from Sears online from now on.
Jamie is professional and knowledgeable in a friendly manner. When I needed to adjust my order, she readily worked with me to my satisfaction. I recommend this store with Jamie and Justin in particular. Also a shout out to delivery. Tim and his helper very nice and proficient.
