My dad and I traveled from Farmington to visit the store here in Durango since ours closed down. The quality of customer service was exceptional. It's so rare to come across people who genuinely care about their customers and want the best for them. The owner made us feel at home and for that reason we will be returning customers. I live in Cortez,Co and had ordered a washer a couple of weeks before the shelter in place. The Cortez office never called us to inform us of what was going on with the washer we ordered (7 weeks after we paid in full) but once we called the Durango Store to see if they had any information, John Webber (store owner), immediately helped us with our situation and delivered our washer to us. Very helpful customer service! I had an issue getting an online in-store pickup order picked up due to a system error of some sort. I was contacted by the store and the item was personally delivered to my door the same day! A lot of people will listen to your problems but not everyone will find a creative way to solve it for you, very much appreciated and would recommend coming here for great service!

Our fridge went out and we were in immediate need. John helped us and even delivered it to,us that very night. He was patient with me being so indecisive.
