They are the best people, we remodeled our kitchen last winter and bought all our appliances there!! We always take Our dog Boscoe with us and they would greet him and call him by his name!!!! So helpful with everything!!!! �����

I have worked in the Customer Service Industry all of my life, even some of the large big box stores and I have never had such wonderful experiences every time I’ve walked thru the doors at this Hometown Sears. Every staff member has always gone above and beyond to make me feel important and that my business matters to them. Ms Vickey and Mrs Brandi are the two sweetest ladies in the business and the Holiday decorations are always outstanding. Other stores could learn a lot from this store. My Sears Rocks #1
