Met the owner today and chatted for quite awhile. He has an all star team that will jump through hoops for you (well maybe not jump through, but you get what I mean). Thanks for bringing this Hometown your hometown store.
Today I purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. It was such a great experience not only did they save me $400 but Bob and Matt went above and beyond the call of customer service duty. Thank you to them and to my Sears Hometown Store. Shout out to Alan Glover the owner for having an awesome store.

Original Store Manager for the mall store that closed, opened this store. He cares about his customers and the community he lives in. If you want a down home experience buying appliances, tools, and lawn and garden, forgo the big box stores, shop here, and still get a great deal!
