Excellent service & the staff was very friendly at Aiken Sears!
Love the new location in Kalmia Plaza, The store is very nicely laid out and larger than the other location. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
Bought a new dishwasher. Excellent price. Delivery in less than 24 hours with takeaway. Owners are friendly, helpful, honest and trusting. They even called to make sure the installation (which I did myself because I wanted to do some power supply modification they recommended) went ok. I have always had a good experience there and will continue to shop there.
It is so great to see the SEARS name back in Aiken, SC like I remember when I was growing up in the All American City.
The owner, Alan Glover, has been deceitful and dishonest with us. He owes us money and will not even respond to attempts to contact him.
Purchased a new commercial grade lawn mower from Aiken Sears 7-11-15. Everytime you use it something goes wrong. It has been worked on 3 times already. Have waited from June 9, 2016 to June 17, 2016 for repair guy. He comes with no parts and you have to wait 2 more weeks for repair guy to bring parts back and fix. Matt at the local store is awesome. Owner of store could learn some lessons from him on customer service. Have had to pay three times for someone to cut grass. Next time i will buy me an EXmark.
We will definitely be back! The customer service we received at Sears was exemplary! They went out of their way to help us and to make sure that all of our needs were met. a special thank you to Bob and to Pam for being so kind and for going above and beyond!!
