Just bought a new sears washer. Store and service excellent. Owner called to follow up to see how washer was doing. Great!!!! We are so lucky to have a sears store so close.
I've been in the store twice looking at washer/dryer pairs. The woman employee never said hello or approached me. She was on her phone texting and when I asked a question, I got a couple word answer and she still did not get off the phone or come over to me. I shop local whenever possible but I ended up going to another place at the North end of town. Very disappointed and I won't go back. I want great, exceptional service when I shop local
