Our fridge died on a Friday at 4:40. Went to Sears picked out a new one they had it in stock. Payed, loaded it up and on we went. All within maybe 20 min. So nice to have a place local and hassle free. thank you!
I would recommend going to the hometown Sears store when conducting any business with Sears. I recently had some issues with online Sears and the local hometown Sears store owner did a wonderful job and ended up with a very satisfied customer I want to thank him.
Just got a new dryer there on black Friday! Love the steam function (yeh! no more ironing school pants for the kids!!!!). Great customer service! 😀
very helpful, reasonable prices, fast delivery. any problems are taken care of immediately. So nice to have a Sears appliance close by. You can find them on fb or Google and they are in Norwalk, Ohio
