I love the sears hometown store I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly face you can't beat getting what a regular sears but at a better price and you save money on gas instead of going out of town I always suggest going to the silver sears to all my friends
The customer service has the best compared to any Sears I have ever been to. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate eager to help. The sales associate was very knowledgeable on all items I inquired about. Being from out of town the Sears Hometown Store made me feel like I was in my hometown.
My sister and brother in law bought a complete kitchen last month. The fridge has a problem. This store refuses to stand behind their products. Buyer beware. Go to El Paso and buy from Home Depot. No wonder Sears is going out of business.
