Needed to buy a new dryer cause our heating element was on its way out. Walked in yesterday and was greeted nicely with good information and allowed to shop on my own. Sales person was knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to find the right dryer and it’s being delivered next week. Love our Hometown Sears store!!
