We had a catastrophic failure of our Craftsman Garden Tractor. On many long days on the phone with various warranty/resolution departments we had no concrete resolution path. We were asked to actually contact our Sales Rep at the local HomeTownStore. This was the best experience imaginable. Sears in Farmington is owned by the most amazing people. Whether they know you or not, they treat you like family. Their employees treat you just as good. I recommend them a thousand times over!!! Tyler and Brandy you guys are amazing!!!
Awesome experience! I called just after they had closed for the day, not only did they answer the phone but they waited for me to come in and get what I needed. You don’t find that kind of service just anywhere! I definitely recommend!!
Bought a washer and dryer, they deliver! I have had it for a couple months now, and I love it :) any questions you have they are quick to answer.
My fiancé and I bought a washer and dryer from here and they were so helpful. It was for our first home so we wanted something nice yet affordable.
