RecommendedWent there with intentions of finding a washer not knowing that I could qualify for a whole new set. Very fast help. Very helpful when explaining policy and terms to agree with. Andrew Dunn is the guy to look for when you need help.

I needed a large cardboard box. The helpful guys at my Sears store went straight to the back where they keep some as a PUBLIC SERVICE! Churches, schools, civic organizations frequently have a need. Farmington Sears recognized the opportunity to serve the community, and stepped up. Well done!

It's such a wonderful thing to be able to walk into a store and be greeted with a smile by the owner. Sadly, now days it is becoming more and more a thing of the past. However, at my local Sears Hometown, Mike, the owner was there and personally helped me find the exact items I needed and didnt pressure me into more. I had a friendly, helpful experience and will be back soon! support local!
