We bought 3 separate items. A stove, a hood vent and a fridge. Fridge doesn't work and I still don't have a new one. It is going on 2 weeks. Received wrong size hood vent first time and when we went to pickup right one they were horrible rude. Lady named Lisa. Guess what it was damaged, kept it and my husband got dents out so we didn't have to drive yet again 2 hours. I called 4 times about my fridge before owner finally called me. I just went through some training with these great people during my experience I was able to see there awesome customers everyone was like family from the store to the customers the employees went out of there way to help the customers was a great expieriance
I buy a lot of tools here. Warranty is phenomenal. The workers are always friendly and make sure you save as much as possible. This store isn't like your average big box store. It's your mom and pop home town store with big box pricing.
