When they tell you your appliance will be in on a certain day and they don't have the courtesy to even call and say it was on back order for another 2 weeks, something is wrong with that!!
Great customer service! We bought a 16 gallon Shop-Vac from this store March of this year. The blower motor went bad so I brought it back with the original receipt and had no idea how it was going to go. They had a new one to replace it loaded in my truck in less than two minutes.
Hats off to Randy and his crew, they're always awesome. Bought a new blower today, one that unfortunately had a defective battery right out of the box. The guys offered to swap out a new battery immediately, and even charged it up for me. Excellent service from our locally owned Sears!
Very helpful and great service. I got the craftsman screw-driver handle bottle opener recently. Good price, and I really like the grip on it. Great addition to my bar!
Not only will they price match their competitors, but they will look around at the competitors to make sure it's the best price. Super easy picking out our new kitchen.
