I appreciate the help and professional service I received from Sears on my appliance purchase of a dishwasher and microwave with the affordable lease payments. The staff was very helpful and very attentive to what I needed out of my appliances and also at prices that fit in my budget.
Customer service is awesome!!! I bought a stainless steel Kenmore kitchen from these guys. They made the order and delivery process simple.
So thankful to Sears Hometown Store for their recommendation regarding my washer (Samsung wf45k6500aw/a2), it has been over a year now, using it twice/day and with four kids it has been amazing.
I bought a washer and dryer through the lease program and I would recommend getting the lease no credit required.
I ordered a dishwasher from this store. When we opened it up I had damage on the back stainless steel housing (big Dante). I called them told them the damage, it had to b from the manufacture no damage on box. They asked me what I'd like for compensation I felt like $75would b fair they offered $50 tons them I would call sears, they offered me $50 also.im happy call the champagne store back and guess what they rescinded there original offer. I get there at 3:59 , what stupid store closes at 4?, and dude opens door and let's a lady in, and I'm like "awesome, I just got a prepaid pick up" but he shut the registers down already. I'll tell him where to go when I come back Monday! Slightly pissed
