I have bought several items from the Sears Store in Waterloo, ( refrigerator, double gas oven, washing machine, air compressor and vacuum cleaner) and the service and installation was terrific. The delivery men hooked up the refrigerator's ice maker, the gas oven and the washing machine. Everything went as planned.
Have made several purchases from appliance, household items and tools. Store staff always informative and helpful.

We have just purchased a new garage door opener and the service was friendly and helpful down to the app we can use to operate our new opener! We love the convenience of having a Sears store close by and have purchased all our appliances from them and will continue to shop there for our household needs!

Nice store to go to, the workers are always ready to help and are very knowledgeable about the products. That Thomas is especially nice! Lots of choices, and I would also recommend purchasing the protection agreements they offer-they can come in handy.
We have purchased three different appliances at this store and have been extremely pleased. The staff was extremely knowledgeable of the products being sold and delivery was prompt and courteous.
We have bought almost every appliance we own from the Waterloo Sears store. They are so helpful and take their time to find what you need. We have also bought a dehumidifier, vacuum, power tools, and some yard tools. I can easily say they are our favorite store for our important purchases!
