Refrigerator (less than a year old) broke since March, it is now end of May. No part to be found no replacement. Just run around. Asked for the owner or manager to call me multiple times but no call. I guess they don’t care after the sale. The fridge is still on manufacturer warranty PLUS I bought the extended warranty. No answers, no call back, NOTHING!
RecommendedWe have bought many appliances through the Sears store in Waterloo. Each time we have received great service. Everyone has been helpful and worked with us to get the products we needed. We found that the prices were comparable to other big name stores. We highly recommend this store. Buy local!

Went to return a wrong part that had been sent and the associate was extremely helpful and took care of the return for me. He was very friendly and we would do business here again.
Have a craftsman weed eater and the head broke on it last summer. I tried 2 different replacements with no success - no threads on drive shaft and no internal threads either. Went in today and they swapped out my broken attachment with a working attachment from a weed eater with a broken motor. Weed eater has never worked so well. I was not expecting that kind of customer service. Will be back for sure.
