Extremely disappointed in the customer service we received when purchasing a new fridge for our newly purchased home. Ordered it and the day came to pick it up. Husband got the phone call that their truck broke down and our fridge would not be making it to the store that day. Asked when it was expected to arrive as our current fridge had gone out while living with ice-chests to keep food cool, BUT completely understand life happens.
