After 3 months of being yanked around and promises to deliver appliances yet never getting them, the manager of this Sears location was called to discuss the issues to which he replied that he didn’t care. I now understand why Sears is slowly going out of business.
We have purchased several appliances from this store in the last 4 or 5 years. An upright freezer, an oven, a washer and a dryer. We were happy with the service at the time of purchase. We did purchase the extended warranty on our oven. Our oven now needs some work done. They provided us with the phone number to call. We called. A guy came out and looked at our oven almost 2 weeks after we called. He said he needed to order parts and scheduled another date two weeks out. He never showed up. We called the number again. I have purchased a few appliances and tools from them over the years, and have always had a great experience. Recently, I dealt with their Store Manager, Rae, and she was very helpful. The entire process was very smooth, and I will gladly shop at this store again. I hope it doesnt go away for a very very long time.

We ordered a fridge on line and the wrong item was delivered. The person I 'tried' to speak with at the call center... well, let's just say I guess it was English, but it was so heavily accented that I couldn't understand, or be understood. I sent the item back with the drivers and, hopefully, the call center rep. understood enough of what I said to replaced the money onto the credit card.
