If you haven't been here you gotta get there and see the staff and the product they sell
Dialed a 405 number and got Sears part not in OKC ordered a part on Monday and they shipped wrong part to me on Wednesday called they then said they would ship me right one. They told me they would expedite it too me and it would be here on Friday. Call them Friday night and the part was just given to UPS today and it would not be here till Monday. Seven days to get a part. This is what is wrong with big box stores. All they can say or do is I am sorry. That does not fix all the lost days of work I have lost. Thank you Sears
