Sears took over ten months to complete the job of replacing my doors and windows. Things were broken, wrong size, parts missing. They rescheduled so many times, I lost count and canceled appointments at last minute. I cant get anyone to send me paperwork for warranty or for a list of what I ordered and paid for. I was really, really disappointed in this company and will Never use again!
Our stove was not working properly and we called Sears service. The technician said it was a bad igniter. He gave us the price to repair $465 it and by signing up for a home warranty, they offered a $130 discount for the repair. The home warranty covers everything in our home. However, we noticed today that the entire front panel was not put on the stove properly. Then getting a hold of the right person to get someone back out here was ridiculous.
