I had 3 windows replaced. The installation went smoothly, everything was completely cleaned up, & the windows look great & fit perfectly. My only negative is that my blinds do not fit these windows. They take 1" blinds instead of the 2" faux wood blinds that I have.

My experience with Sears was great. We are very happy with our new roof, siding facial and gutters. The contractors were all professional and the project was done in a timely manner. Great Job Sears.
I thought they did a very good job there were some minor details but otherwise good job .
My experience with Sears went quite well. I had bathroom and kitchen floors installed in the home of my elderly mother who suffers with End stages of Dementia. I was concerned that the project might put my Mother in a state of Displacement if things didn't go well and go quickly. My project Manager, Nathan Smith, kept in constant contact with me up to the hour that the contractors arrived. They completed the job in one full day. We had a horrible experience with Sears. Considering the amount of money we put into our siding project, the outcome was mediocre at best. We had to fight every step of the way to make sure things were done right, but we couldn't be at home all of the time. We are still repairing things they messed up like the flashing on our air conditioner which is less than a year old. We are very disappointed with Sears and would not recommend them to anyone!
the project had a lot of problems i had windows installed throughout my house the windows didn't fit right and the first two installers were rude and left my house because they refused to be near our bushes in front of the house and told us we had to cut them back 3 feet which was crazy because they would have killed all the bushes the second team was much better except for the sizing problem. i never got a contract to this day and one of my windows is not fitted right called to have that fixed no one has come and that was o... read more
