I had a great experience at this store. Chance was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He earned my business and even though I live on the southeast side of town, nowhere near this location, I decided to purchase from him. I highly recommend this location and specifically Chance Spence. He took the time to help me understand the mechanics of the washers and dryers I was considering so that I could make an informed decision. I will not buy another thing from the Sears Home Appliance Showroom in the center at 59 and Buffalo because I was gouged by their installers. Paid $160 for the installation and removal of a dishwasher. As they were removing the old dishwasher I was informed I would have to pay them another $125 or they would stop work. So I paid! I should have hired my own plumber to install. I have been back to the store twice to discuss and they could care less. I am done giving my business to companies who rip off their customers. Just bought a stove top last week. Chance and Tom were very knowledgeable and helpful. They also checked to make sure that we received the best price in town. If you are in need of an appliance, make this your first stop!
