Bought our washer and dryer here, customer service was honest and informative. Delivery was on the day as expected, actually came a couple hours earlier so that was a plus!

Terrible service! Bought brand new Kenmoe Elite microwave with purchase protection plan in September 2017. Unit died today, after only 7 months. Sears web site won’t even let me register my product. Spent 2 hours on phone tonight trying to get repair scheduled - after being transferred twice and trying three different numbers, still no resolution. What a joke your customer service department is - all seem to be trained to provide non-answers!

Terrible !!!!!!! Bought 2k kenmore elite washer and dryer and was told it would be delivered 12/20/17. Received call 12/19/17 at 9pm saying deliveries are delayed 2 hours. Now my window of delivery is 8-10pm. Really!!?? 10pm rolls around no communication from sears or delivery service on 12/20/17. Call and get India call center whomshe says my order was changed!!!! I'm giving this review because of Jimmy! I have had so many problems with my Samsung washer, and he has saved me so much headache by walking me through things. I have a newborn and a potty training 2 year old so doing a lot of laundry, and don't have time or patience for hours with customer service. Jimmy has saved me!
I will NEVER again do business with SEARS Home Appliance off o 45 and 646. We bought a fridge, washer and dryer 3 weeks ago. We had to wait for the delivery due to the dryer being on back order. We got the call last night they would deliver between 11 and 2 today. Then at 10:55 this morning that they couldn't deliver today, it would be Monday (due to the washer this time)...as I'm currently putting all our food into ice chests to be ready for the delivery. Emily we are sorry for your situation. The washer delay from the vendor set everything back. Jimmy the store manager did approve delivery to go ahead and deliver the refrigerator and dryer. However he was late in doing so, which made us miss your delivery window. We still would have delivered it would have just been later in the day. This situation could have been handled better in several aspects, and we acknowledge that. Again we are sorry for the mess up and wish we could have done better.
