We have purchased several appliances there, including washer, dryer, gas cooktop, and, most recently, our dishwasher. Our sales associate Gene is always helpful and explains the differences and features of each appliance.
Gene King was Johnny on the spot helping me with the purchase of my stove. Very helpful and knowledgeable with my product. I will differently come back again. Had a great experience. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I got wall oven that not working trying to get some one to talk to no answer no costumer service! The worst service ever on the line waiting for response for 3.5 hours! Don’t buy there !!!! Now I try again to call another hour and half
The salesman Christian Morris was fabulous! He knew the washers and dryers well enough to lead me to the ones that were right for me in no time. Made it so very easy to choose!
The League City employees Matt Eaves, Mgr. and Christian Morris explained the differences of the appliances, made sure I got a good deal. Great employees, make a good store.
