Unfortunately, working with Sears was full of hardships and difficulties. Trusting Sears to come do our HVAC unit was a BIG mistake. The unit got installed on Monday 8/8/22 & the cooling wasn't working properly. We waited 5 hours to see since the temperature was also hot outside. We had fans in every room since there was specifically, no proper functioning of the newly installed unit.
