I received an email and texted message informing me that someone would be out on the 5 of July between the hours of 1-5. So I left work early so I would be home. * My two windows were put in by one very skillful person. I am a retired Art teacher, so I look at the details. My windows met my expectations.
Sears Home services was used to fix my HVAC unit. We were told the agent was going to get a part for our unit and he would call us within the hour. After several hours we called sears to learn he was supposed to be here on Wednesday with the part. On Wednesday we did not receive the visit. We called back on Thursday and learned we lived in a Monday only area so someone would be here that morning. A call was made to my wife who was at work on Monday and when she didn’t answer immediately they cancelled the visit until the nex... read more
