Can't fix anything, constant excuses "lost parts" four times they have been out here with 4 different excuses to why they can't fix my fridge
I schedule a work request thru American Home Shield. They sent Sears A & E. One technician came and order parts, then almost a month later the second technician came and stated the wrong parts was ordered. Today the third technician came name Pedro A works out of Indianapolis, IN came and I gave him all the parts and he asked what was wrong I told him and ask are you aware of what the other two technicians said and why they ordered the parts.
