Mike was professional and wonderful. Thank you Mike!
Jose did a great job of replacing parts on our washing machine and it works perfectly again! He was pleasant and helpful and very nice to work with.
He did NOTHING! Just cleaned up the mold - BLACK mold at the bottom of the freezer compartment - didn't check the sensor - that has been installed TWICE - and still doesn't work! NOTHING - but he did see a bottle of wine I had sitting in my garage and asked if he could have it - for cooking! So it worked out well for him - for doing nothing to fix / repair the refrigerator! HAHAHAHA
Hopefully this time will fix the issues! Victor was very thorough in his response to the issues - so this should be the fix needed
