He did NOTHING! Just cleaned up the mold - BLACK mold at the bottom of the freezer compartment - didn't check the sensor - that has been installed TWICE - and still doesn't work! NOTHING - but he did see a bottle of wine I had sitting in my garage and asked if he could have it - for cooking! So it worked out well for him - for doing nothing to fix / repair the refrigerator! HAHAHAHA
Hopefully this time will fix the issues! Victor was very thorough in his response to the issues - so this should be the fix needed
Awful. A complete waste of our money and time. We hired Sears to fix the fan in our oven. It started well enough: they came, diagnosed, a part was ordered, delivered to us, and then it all fell to dookie. Dookie is the kind word for what it really was. On the day planned for repair, the technician came, looked at the part that had been delivered, said ‘This part is too damaged in delivery to work; I’ll take it and take care of getting a new part.’ We never got a new part.
