The technician was on time and the HVAC installation was completed without an issue. Professional service.
The installation of the HVAC was quick, I have no complaints about it. The time leading up to having to purchase a new system is what I am complaining about. I requested service to check the system, they could not find a problem, but knew there was a leak, I was charged $753.00 for them to refill with refrigerant only for it to stop cooling again. My money should have been refunded or went toward the purchase of the new system.
Very professional and honest. Gave me options and made the repairs easier and faster than they promised. Thank you
