Dan was great, Samantha is not. Having AI auto reschedule our repair appointment 5 times with no explanation is NOT customer relations or satisfaction. When our warranty is up in Feb we will not be renewing.
Dan the technician was excellent! The scheduling service and communications were pitiful. No ability to schedule for a morning or afternoon as most all other maintenance and repair services offer. It’s 8-5 or nothing without any ability to speak with a person to get this changes. All AI driven and not customer service oriented at all - it’s a take it or leave it philosophy. Serious communication problems with scheduling Your system seems to be out of touch with the importance of getting essential appliances repaired in a timely fashion. You are over relying on AI. We have been with Sears for quite a long time. It was better before when a real human was involved and could help explain when to expect service. Your technicians have been generally very good - once they get to you. Please make improvements.
