Made an appointment, it was the highest priced estimate but they made an appt for the same week. I took the day off and nothing. I called - twice - and still nothing. Zero. No call, no show. I can actually remember when Sears was reliable and their name meant something. Wish I could rate less than half star.
Phillip was amazing! Called them, they got me in the next day. Phillip took care of all my concerns, answered all my questions, and got me everything I needed to make an insurance claim. He made this a painless process. Definitely recommend!
Call to get somebody to come out and repair my garage door opener was told we don't service that area I thought Sears went everywhere I live 16 miles outside of lake City but I guarantee if I was to tell him I wanted to purchase a garage door opener and have it installed boy then b****** would be right out there
