wish i could give 0 stars made appt on tuesday for thursday between 1 and 4 no show no call no email no text when i called back, they told me there was no service order in computer and would not make appt for almost 3 weeks I found on line a garage door service for same day service instead Shame on you sears for poor customer service will no longer call you
The worst. Made an appt to fix garage door. Call me day before appt and cancelled, technician issue. We rescheduled for this Saturday, today I get a call with what I thought was going to be confirming appt. and again they cancelled telling me the tech was having personal issues. Rep that answered phone Jose didn't care, hung up on me. Never again.
Had an appointment today between 12-4pm. Took half of the day off from work. Got a call around 2 pm that the technician should be at my house around 3pm, at 2:45 they called to cancel on me. Can't do business like that. Very disappointed.
