We had Andy out to our home to look at our garage door opener. After inspection, it was discovered it needed to be replaced. He explained the process of putting in a new one, how to use all of the pads/openers and all on a Friday afternoon in the cold. He was very knowledgeable and it runs and looks great! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. They came and installed my new garage doors and one new opener. A little over a year later my new opener stopped working. I call them and they inform me that I have yo go through warranty. The warranty people tell me that I was never put in the system so they sent me back to these people, who make me pay yet again for them to come out only to find out that THESE GUYS installed my door wrong and it's rubbing on my new door.
