A clean and well kept neighborhood. The problem is the soil it's built on. If you buy here, be aware that some of the buildings are on poor foundations. Two buildings nearly lost part of the their foundations with a landslip a few months back, necessitating emergency repairs. With the climate changing to more extreme weather this means that some of these buildings at best will take settling damage, at worst will be unlivable.
